Searching for an ISO file for the operating system in question. Many links are unavailable, and Microsoft restricts access due to licensing requirements. You may need to purchase a recovery disk from ASUS to obtain the installation media.

I usually get my ISOs from this site. I've never faced any issues. Unless you're after a modified ISO without a license... All the files there are just installers, and you'd need a valid license for installation.
