Unless you purchase inexpensive CCA poor quality that fails, any Cat5e cable will provide gigabit performance.

Mazdaspeeding is supported. FastEthernet was the naming system for the older 10/100 standard. If you mean high-speed connections now, most NICs use Gigabit (10/100/1000). You can connect with any Cat5e cable. Works up to 100 meters (about 328 feet).
