I recall a typeface that resembled Arial but with thinner lines and all letters in uppercase, where the capital letters simply appeared larger. Thanks!

I don't understand how to locate it from your description. Perhaps another person will have more information. For websites, fontsquirrel.com and dafont.com are good options.

Describing the fonts is tough, but I’m confident others will recall it. However, figuring out how to put it into words in English isn’t clear to me.
