Is there any mod that lets you initiate a secret agreement with an AI, such as offering 100 gold per turn if it declares war on a specific country? You also want the AI to be able to use this tactic against you, without being aware of the deal. This isn't about formal war declarations, but rather about discreetly starting proxy conflicts against me.
