Hey, your friend has an Intel R Core TM i7-9700KF CPU running at 3.60GHz and a z390 Pro motherboard. Their CPU cooler is currently faulty, so they need a replacement. They’re looking for a white cooler with RGB options if possible. They also have three fans—two at the front and one at the back—and want to know if adding three more fans at the top would be feasible without causing excessive heat buildup. Should they focus on just the top or both sides?

Low quality product. The Peerless Assassin is a dual tower cooler, but it's significantly overpriced at around 40.

In 2017 it was decent but now it's really bad. Even in 2019-20 you could find Scythe Mugen 5 for that price and a white fan. But the lack of Scythe really hurts its value. PA120 is the top choice right now, but keep an eye out for the Fuma 3 soon.
