I've received an RTX 2080 (upgrading from my 1060).
Currently, I'm using my monitor at 70hz and find it unnecessary to push beyond 60hz for 4K.
I'd like to increase the refresh rate for lower resolutions.
My friend uses a Dell 4K monitor, but I'm certain it won't overclock at any resolution.
Would anyone have suggestions for a monitor that supports 4K at 60hz and possibly 1440p at higher frame rates?

The only 4k screen that can sustain over 60fps is this one

I didn't seek a model with a factory clocked above 60hz
I understand the rog swift at $2k is the sole production version that hits 4k over 60hz
I also made it clear I'm not focused on reaching 60hz at 4k sizes
My main interest is boosting performance at lower resolutions.
I know some displays handle more than others, which is why I asked this.
