It seems OP might have attempted to add images but didn't notice, possibly copying a picture that didn't display correctly. Alternatively, the site may have blocked embedding. This adds another item to the "funny embed fails" list.

Open the menu by navigating to File Explorer, then select View, followed by Show, and finally the Details pane.
