The title clearly describes the situation—searching works even when no query is entered, whenever an explorer window is open. Have others experienced this problem? Do you know a solution or have any tips to fix it? I'm using Windows 10.0.19044 Build 19044, and the issue started in earlier versions too. The problem seems to move with hardware changes. I've shared an example on YouTube.
