I wasn't sure about a converter that fully utilizes AMD Radeon 7000 series cards. You might want to explore options beyond Xilinx's support, which is limited to the 6000 series.

Several converters offer OpenCL support for acceleration. Cyberlink MediaEspresso remains a top choice, and it also works with APP.
