You have the game at a low cost of $9, yet it doesn’t display the FPS counter you need. You’ve checked fraps and afterburner settings, and you’re having trouble accessing the Sweetfx FPS tool because the Windows app isn’t open. It might help to try a different method or platform for viewing the stats.

The game isn't showing up in Steam because ROTR isn't listed among its supported programs. I checked the executable file but couldn't access the necessary folder. I tried running it in safe mode, which worked, and I was able to add it to Steam there. However, once I switched back to normal mode, the shortcut stopped functioning.

That seems unusual. The Afterburner/RevTuner overlay isn't functioning properly.

No, the afterburner/rivatuner didn't help either. It functioned in both Guild Wars 2 and AC Syndicate, but not in ROTR.

I think fraps isn't performing as expected. It's unclear how to proceed if it doesn't work. Could you share your system details? I see around 30-40 FPS on high settings with a 760.

I also own a 3570K with a 280x resolution. It's clear whether the game runs at 60 fps or not. Adjusting settings feels impossible without the exact frame rate. To be honest, I only invested $9 on it. Unfortunately, I won't purchase anything from the MS store again. I can't even install sweetfx because I can't access the installation folder.
