They probably won’t. Players from distant locations often buy games on G2A and it works well for them.

STEAM keys are fully capable of being restricted by region, regardless of their sale location. Additionally, many titles impose language limitations in addition to region restrictions.

They seem to be tied to a specific Amazon version based on the domain you're using (US for .com, UK for .co.uk).
