I'm working on configuring a site-to-site VPN using Hyper-V. Currently, I have one DNS server handling the VPN connection for my DHCP server, and then the DHCP server manages the VPN for my third server. This setup feels unusual to me, and I'm trying to understand why the DNS VPN isn't forwarding traffic through the DHCP server to the third server. Security concerns are making me question this arrangement. Do anyone know how this process works? Are there resources or links that explain it better? Also, I see my DNS server listing one client and three additional connections—should it only show one active client, with the others hidden? The access details on my DNS server indicate multiple IP addresses, which seem to correspond to the third server.
