The issue here is that your system might not have enough power to back those clocks. Even if the CPU seems fine with certain tasks, it could still struggle in others. Both the 5900X and 5600X are power-hungry, and the X3D isn’t doing much.

I adjusted the settings near the stock limits and gave it a strong boost to stabilize. It works perfectly for everything except the core cycler. My 5600X handles core cycler well at PBO +150, so it runs smoothly at +200. No issues detected.
