Use HWInfo64 to find your top cores. In BIOS, adjust the clock by setting -15 for the best four and -30 for the rest. This should work reliably about 99%.

I agree. Begin at -25. If it crashes, drop by -5 on each crash; if it stabilizes, increase by 1 until instability returns, then drop by -2 for safety. This process identifies all stable CO settings. You can repeat the steps per core, starting at -30 and continuing. I settled on a -23 offset for regular use. -30 works for bench work but not for daily, so I skipped per-core adjustments.

I’d consider checking CoreCycler for a while to ensure stability. Otherwise, you could face some unusual issues.

For all central processing units? Based on my observations on a per-core setup, most cores remain steady around -30°C. Only the quickest models start to degrade below -25°C or so.

Negative 30 adjustments increase the clock speed more intensely; it's not about undervolting, but shifting the voltage profile. On my 5900X I use 240/160/190 voltages across all cores at -25°C, and I set a frequency of +175MHz.
