Hello! You're looking for a front-side USB-C port on an AM4 motherboard. The B450 Tomahawk doesn't have one, and the X470 Strix is more expensive than you'd like. You might need to consider a PCI-E card with its own header for functionality. Let me know if you'd like more options!

MSI lists the tomahawk specs online, stating they have only the Type C Gen2 on the back and no front header. Look at other motherboards that are said to be of better quality—possibly some X470 boards or the B450 Carbon from MSI.
