List the configurations and quantities of mods you're employing. Consider removing and reinstalling Minecraft as well. Verify that your drivers are up to date.

Minecraft requires a lot of processing power. Your CPU might be the reason you're struggling. Also, look at your video settings—there could be a frame rate cap (some players see only 30 FPS by accident).

We both have 6300… we usually see around 30-50 frames. I’m using VSync off, and my monitor runs at 120Hz. I’ve used a GTX 460 and got about 200fps. No changes or mods have helped.
