Hello, your current connection offers 96 Mbps download and 100 Mbps upload. With streaming at 1080p on Twitch and background programs while playing LoL, you should expect a stable experience. Your past 60 ping at 20 Mbps download and 12 Mbps upload suggests room for improvement—consider upgrading to the higher speeds or optimizing background usage.

the ping isn't affected by your internet speed; it relies on network components of your ISP and the distance between you and other users. if you're using fiber optics, you should have smooth performance within your country. issues arise when playing on servers in different countries because ping fluctuates there.

Ping is affected mainly by upload/download speeds when your available bandwidth is so low that streaming and playing use more than what's provided, leading to packet loss and higher ping. If your ISP hasn't changed and your connection type remains the same (like coax to fiber), you likely won't notice a difference in ping. However, if you were close to or reached the maximum upload speed for streaming, you might see slight improvements temporarily, but this effect diminishes over time.
