Consider that even zip codes might not have uniform coverage; an ISP stating an area is covered could actually represent only a handful of houses.

I received the numbers, just sat and used a nearby cable provider. I’m on the 25 meg plan with a cap. They rent the line running down the street from my place, while Spectrum offers me a cheaper plan without a cap. Wish Spectrum had that part of the line—my internet works fine, but $60 for a 35 meg plan with no cap is steep compared to Spectrum’s $44.
