Hi! To use the Google Play Games beta on a PC app on a Mac, you’ll need to set up virtualization properly. Parallels supports CPU virtualization in its settings, so that should work if you enable it in BIOS. If not, consider using VirtualBox or another VM tool that supports Windows emulation. For alternative methods, try Steam Deck with Steam OS or look into other PC emulators like NoxPlayer or VNC-based solutions. Installation steps will depend on the platform you choose.

Skip the lengthy setup and simply install the Bluestacks player for MacOS. Just complete the signup and download—then enjoy unrestricted usage right away.

I'm looking for the app directly, not just the store link.

The game or emulator includes Google Play, which is why apps are installed this way.

It’s linked to the Google Play Games beta app. You need to use that platform to access the current offers. On a PC, they might be trying to distribute new Android titles on Windows, but it’s unclear how to set this up.

From what I understand, running a VM inside another VM isn't possible. Tools like QEMU or Parallels already handle CPU virtualization, which limits Google Play's capabilities.

That's curious. I hadn't considered it before. Maybe Parallels Daas (the cloud PC) functions differently, or there are exclusive deals available.

Daas will run as a virtual machine on their side, and they don’t build servers for each client. That means you might get the same outcome.

You're correct. I've already asked for a trial, and I'll give it a shot. Just to clarify, I set it up on my VM, but it reported issues with the GPU due to lack of proper support.

They refer to a technique called nested virtualization, but it wouldn't deliver strong 3D performance unless you enable eGPU passthrough on your Mac.
