The issue is that I can't move or copy folders to Safe Folder or Locked Folder, but it functions for single files. Are new folders allowed in Safe Folder or Locked Folder?

Check if moving folders triggers any pop-up alerts or issues. If they do, identify the specific messages displayed by those windows or errors.

In those Google phone apps, nothing occurs when you press and hold on a folder to move it. Is it feasible to transfer, copy, or paste folders with files or media to either the safe folder or the locked folder? I'm unsure about the distinction between safe folder and locked folder.

It seems this issue might be better handled by reaching out to Google directly.
Possibly, there are security or access rules preventing file operations in those folders.
You could try moving files in or out of the relevant folders.
Please get in touch with Google regarding your account and access concerns.
