Hi there, I’m not sure if I can assist you. You just got your new Gigabyte Z490m Gaming X motherboard, but Gigabyte hasn’t released the Ethernet driver for it... So you’re missing network access. You’ve already filed a support ticket asking why this is happening. You installed the chipset drivers in the hope they’d be included, but they weren’t.
