I believe you're referring to 4.77 GHz because 4.47 GHz isn't a standard figure. Based on what ETA Prime accomplished with an i5 and lower graphics cards, I think it's reasonable for systems from the PS2/GameCube era or older. Newer consoles seem unlikely to perform well.

For the PS2, everything works perfectly, maintaining a steady 60 frames per second at 1080p resolution.

RPCS3 demands a minimum of a R5 3600; it’s not very strong, so consider an 8-core/16-thread CPU with AVX512 for better performance.

You'd have to spend significantly more for a processor at that level.

Rpcs3 performs well at baseline with a Ryzen 3600, though it struggles in most games without fast single-core speed and sufficient cores. The 4770K offers some improvement here, but still lags behind even affordable modern budget CPUs like the i3 12100. Boosting single-core performance can help, but it won’t match today’s budget options. Of course, this means you’ll need new RAM and a new motherboard. For around £100, you won’t find significant upgrades beyond your current setup.

These chips appear to be quite expensive right now, perhaps you could look for a used option.

That's a great choice! An i5-12400 offers solid performance for everyday tasks.
