Yes, the WD Black SN750 SSD will work with your motherboard (I assume you meant you have the B250M-HD3?), of course assuming you don't have another M.2 in the slot already

The Black Sn750 comes with a high price tag, I don’t think it’s a good value. I’d choose the Blue sn550 instead—it offers better value. You usually see 1TB units for about $95. Unless you need something very particular, the performance boost won’t be noticeable in everyday tasks or games.
