My neighbors' borrowed device runs Windows 8.1 64-bit. I've been looking for suitable video editing tools and haven't found a standout option yet. The only free choice I've tried so far is Windows Live Movie Maker, but I don't really enjoy it. What free software do you prefer? Thanks! Note: I prioritize ease of use over high quality.
