The CPU cooler you're considering uses clips instead of screws or thumb screws. This design makes it less effective at keeping the CPU cool, especially when it starts to overheat. For better thermal performance, look for a model with screw connections or a more secure mounting system.

l9i suits compact designs, I’m not sure about the currency value, but something similar to NHD15 would be ideal for a durable, high-performance air cooler.

Isn't it correct? The product lists an LGA1150 form factor, which matches your motherboard.

it should function, though pairing a high-power, hot CPU with a compact cooler meant for niche setups is risky. it’s compatible with the 115x socket and can last, but performance will be limited. i wouldn’t suggest it.

The message suggests that Cooler is focused on very compact situations where room is limited, recommending a larger model that handles heat better.

Are you looking for something softer? The current level is 20 dB, and you'd prefer it not to be significantly higher.

The NH-D15 offers better value than an OP full build. A budget-friendly 1150-compatible cooler like the Evo212 would be ideal.

The 20db rating seems too low for a typical setup. It’s unlikely your unit actually has that level. The sound will be managed by adjusting the fan speed, and a more efficient cooler allows you to use a slower fan.

It will run smoothly on a Minecraft server with constant NHD15, staying efficient for years and supporting future builds.
