I'm relocating some network gear from a closet to a proper rack. We'll need shelves for certain items and openings for others. It seems the vendor they suggested provided everything we needed.

RackSolutions is likely the choice Linus suggested (since they created his pink rack and appear on their site). You can also find them on Amazon and B&H. The components you mentioned are fairly standard. Middle Atlantic, Belden, and StarTech offer solid rack hardware options.
