You're confused about the relationship between RAM speed and frame rate. It's not that simple. The increase in RAM speed won't directly cause such a large jump in FPS.

I didn’t grasp these instructions, so I adjusted my settings to 2800mhz and left the original timing unchanged. I also increased the voltage to 1.35, thinking it would help with overclocking.

I managed to achieve that frame rate too, without changing any BIOS or RAM settings on my PC.
