I possess a Core i7 4790, two 8GB DDR3 modules, a GTX 760, case, hard drive, and a 500-watt power supply that are currently idle. I’m considering assembling a system from these parts either for resale or personal use. The only missing component is a motherboard, and I was hoping to find one that fits the $45 model you mentioned.
This item is a Lenovo IH81M motherboard with LGA1150 socket, included in the box.
I wouldn't recommend the Lenovo board unless you already own a Lenovo case and PSU to match it. The power connector appears exclusive, making it difficult to use adapters without them. Overall, the ASUS and Gigabyte options seem fine... the Gigabyte includes a front USB 3.0 port if that matters to you. The MSI uses a mini-ITX design, which limits you to just one PCIe slot—so if you don’t need that size, it might not suit you. Look around your local used market; I recently bought an ASUS Z97-a for $50 CAD and it’s been functioning well for two years. You might be lucky to find something similar.
