They've been out of production for quite some time, so your choices are limited. You might need to scour old stock at high prices from tiny suppliers, check eBay for what's on sale, or sell your 9700 to upgrade to a newer setup. I’d prefer option 3 if you can get the chip for around $50, which would let you purchase a 5600 and a board within budget—a configuration that generally outperforms the 9700.

Hey thanks for answering I'll definitely look into option 3 but I won't give up hope, just trying to reuse some old stuff I had.
