Hello. My issue began after upgrading my GPU, moving from a GTX1080 to an RX 6800XT. Initially, I noticed black bars across half the screen even when using BIOS. After updating the GPU BIOS to the latest version, the bars disappeared. Now, when I power off and turn it back on, BIOS loads smoothly, Windows displays circular dots, but the screen remains black. When I restart, it boots normally without a black screen. A fresh Windows installation has all drivers updated, and the PC runs perfectly for gaming with no overheating. Fast Boot is turned off. CPU model: Ryzen 7 5800X3D, RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 16GB (2x8GB), DDR4 3600MHz, CL16 Dual Channel. GPU: Asus TUF RX 6800XT, PSU: Corsair RM750i - 750W, SSD: Samsung 970 EVO Plus, 512GB. OS: Windows 10 64-bit.
