Hello, I'm dealing with an unusual problem with Windows 11 that's been bothering me for some time. I haven't found any online solutions or similar experiences from others. Essentially, when I open new windows or load minimized ones from the taskbar, the window displays white areas before showing any content. It's a bit confusing, so I recorded a video of the issue, which you can view here: http://somup.com/c0ee63yY87. I'm trying to figure out what's going on and would really appreciate any guidance.

Regarding my system setup: I have an ASUS Zenith II Extreme Alpha AMD Threadripper 3970X with 256GB RAM, DDR4 3600 NVMe drives, plus a couple of SSDs and HDDs (two 3090 in SLI with bridge). If you can help, it would be very useful.

it functions properly when one 3090 is turned off and only one remains active. disable it in device manager if necessary. this setup may cause a screen drawing issue, and having two 3090s creates an unapproved hardware setup for Microsoft to address.

Consider updating to the newest drivers from NVIDIA and install them while checking the "perform clean installation" option. That worked well before for fixing strange problems.

I attempted both suggested fixes without results: I reinstalled drivers with a fresh setup—still no improvement. I turned off one GPU and disabled SLI, but the problem persisted. I also cleared all items in the tray; while the visible white section on screen decreased, the issue remained: http://somup.com/c0eeIpyrIO
