Hi everyone, my PC isn't functioning properly with graphics after removing the RTX 3080. Once I went into safe mode it worked fine, but now I can't log in or use Windows or Fedora with IGPU. Everything seems normal until I try to log in again. After installing the GPU drivers, the crash happens on Windows, not on Linux. I've tried resetting BIOS, forcing the GPU as primary, disabling fast boot, removing RAM combos, deleting the SSD, and even flashing the BIOS with an older version. The problem persists regardless of the GPU type—both RTX 3089 and AMD Radeon. It looks like it's not a hardware issue since it works on other systems, but it seems to be a software problem. I'm really confused and need help figuring this out.
I reattempted it and the RX 3080 seems to function now. Still, I can't get the IGPU to operate independently, which was my main concern. Tried DDU but got no assistance—just a black screen appears about 10 seconds after logging in.
It seems the problem isn't related to the CPU because you experienced smooth transitions between Windows and Linux using IGPU two months ago.
All components were restored successfully. The model is an X670E-F and it performed flawlessly over the last two months after purchase.
Your CPU lacks an integrated graphics card. This means no video output appears on your motherboard's connectors, which should be black. Did you miss something?
It includes an integrated GPU and works well until I hit the login screen on either Fedora or Windows. After logging in or trying to open any submenu, the screen turns black or behaves differently across different monitors. I believe this might be due to a motherboard or CPU problem.
