Hello, I'm trying to upgrade my PC for better performance with Windows 11. The TPM is active and secure boot is enabled on the motherboard (B365 M AORUS ELITE). Everything seems to be running smoothly inside the system. I've reset the CMOS by shorting it, removed the battery for five minutes, and even tried connecting a direct cable to the board, but nothing worked. Any advice? How can I fix this issue?

Is your system running with CSM? Secure boot should function with UEFI. You might consider turning off CSM and using UEFI exclusively.
