Launch Task Manager, choose Performance. Pick CPU and verify if Virtualization is turned off in the lower-right corner. If disabled: navigate to BIOS and locate Advanced CPU Settings or Configuration. Locate SVM Mode and activate it, then save changes and exit. I’m facing the same problem on a machine with a Ryzen processor, just like others have mentioned. In the worst case, it could be a failing motherboard or your CPU has been damaged by excessive exposure to PBO.
