I checked with my friend yesterday via Skype, everything seemed normal. Today, when I tried to call a different person, the screen went black. The audio worked, but I couldn’t interact. Could you help figure out how to resolve or avoid this issue? Thanks!
Skype likely attempted to enter full-screen video mode upon your response. If not, reinstall Skype and test again.
