The issue is here, I'm using a Lenovo G580 laptop. I tried to reset the BIOS by taking out the battery and putting it back in to fix slow booting and installation problems. Once the battery was reinstalled and power was connected, I attempted to start the computer but the screen never lit up—only the power LED and fans were active. The HDD was formatted. Please Help >_<

Again, but this time include taking the battery out as well.

I tried the steps several times, removed power from the lead and battery, took out the CMOS battery, waited ten minutes, reinserted it, and the laptop started on its own but the screen remained dark.

Consider replacing the battery; it might be dead.

I also used the same CR2032 battery from a different machine.

Perhaps it's worth purchasing a fresh unit, though I'm uncertain if that would truly make a difference. I haven't encountered such an issue before, aside from refreshing the CMOS.

Do you have an external monitor for testing post issues? Ideally over VGA rather than HDMI. Some laptops are known to trigger these problems. How many RAM modules are installed? Try launching with just one RAM stick. If it works, install the second and attempt to boot again.

I took out one stick of RAM and put it back, but the issue remained unchanged. I attempted to start using an external monitor via HDMI, but the screen stayed black.
