i began with my pc and only saw a black screen. when i tried to reinstall windows, the same issue happened. i attempted to install the graphics driver for my 2080 i, but it still showed a black screen. after saving drivers in ddu mode and restarting, the process didn’t fix the problem. during installation, i didn’t see the windows logo at all—just a black screen afterward.
