Hello, my question is about my PC getting stuck on the MSI logo screen after turning it off. I’ve tried restarting from the power button and it works fine. When using the Windows restart option, everything functions properly. I haven’t managed to explain the issue clearly, but I noticed it happens when I left the machine on for a while before trying to power it back up. It started stuck on the MSI logo right from the first boot. Restarting through the system menu also resolves the problem without any issues. I’m unsure what details you should provide, but I have two SSD RAID 0 drives and here are my specifications: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, Intel Core i7 4790K, 4.00GHz, 27°C, Haswell 22nm, 16GB DDR3, MSI Z97 GAMING motherboard, Sony TV and HP graphics cards, 4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970, 465GB storage, Intel Raid 0 volume, Western Digital WDC WD1003FZEX, ATAPI iHAS124, Realtek audio.

Checked for updates on the system. Verified that BIOS settings are correct. Ran a clean installation and confirmed no unusual hardware issues. USB devices occasionally cause problems.

It seems you're likely encountering a boot issue. The problem might stem from trying to locate something to start from. Make sure any bootable media like USB drives are disconnected. You have two SSDs in a RAID 0 setup, which is risky—this could point to the RAID configuration or a faulty card. Try unplugging the system, pressing the power button for 30 seconds, and then reconnecting it to see if it powers on.

It seems he’s preparing for an attack, probably not wanting to admit it.

BIOS has been updated and changed due to CPU overclocking. The system was upgraded from version 8.1 just last week. It might sound strange, but it’s not a major issue—I can still operate my PC. I’m curious about why this happened. Thank you for your reply!

I own a Bluetooth USB keyboard and mouse. My PC functioned normally just a week ago, but this is now occurring again. I’m not an expert, though if the issue stems from the RAID setup or USB devices, it should persist even after a restart. However, when I power on my PC for the first time, it works perfectly. Appreciate your help!

I performed the reset by holding down the power button for 30 seconds, then restarting and attempting to turn it on again. That restored the BIOS to its default configuration. After that, I applied my custom settings, and everything functioned properly. Unclear why it worked, but it’s fine. Thanks a lot!

I had the same issue before, but after removing the hard drive it works properly now.
