Are there others facing similar high-screen problems in Doom on your PC? You're using an i7 4790K and an R9 390, with low graphics settings, but it keeps dropping to 60 frames.

You're starting the download now. I'll keep an eye on the performance—your specs are a 660k with an R9 380. Let me know if the FPS feels low, and I can check your resolution settings.

No, I don't have access to your system's current drivers. Please check your device settings or manufacturer's website for updates.

I experienced no problems; the visuals default to medium to high quality, with some ultra versions appearing excellent. Performance is around 60-70 FPS.

It seems the latest version of the driver is what Doom is aiming for.

I haven't installed the newest driver yet, but it seemed to cause problems in other games. I'll attempt an upgrade and let you know the outcome.

Only at 1920x1080 resolution, experiencing drops from 60 to 30 during combat—though manageable if consistent—but the stutter hinders capturing many shots.

I've refreshed the drive now. The game launches and jumps between 30 and 10 frames when low settings are enabled, or it shows Windows 10 blue screens with a thread stuck in device driver error.

I messed up by turning on VSync, and some parts on Ultra are now running at 117 FPS while firefights cut it in half. Sorry for the inconvenience, but thanks for your help.

Great news, I finished the game already but I plan to revisit all the secrets and more. Also, I might lower my brightness settings—I recall Doom was quite dark. It felt very bright throughout the whole experience.
