I recently purchased a used ASUS Z8NA-D6C with two 5650 chips and 32GB ECC memory. After more than 35 minutes, only a blinking cursor remains visible. As a beginner, I understand these systems can slow down after hardware changes, but something feels wrong. Any advice would be appreciated.

One of the two processors handles heat effectively, indicating it's functioning properly

Verify if an SSD or HDD is present with an operating system installed. If missing, set up a drive and/or install the OS. For newbee servers, Proxmox is recommended; alternatives include Win-OS, Linux, Unraid, or Exproxmox.
