I sometimes face computer interruptions. (Screen freezes yet audio stays on)
Normally I use LD-Player in the background while streaming YouTube.
I also play Valorant occasionally on it.

It might be worth checking and comparing the BIOS version with Asus's support site to identify any pending updates. You can use DDU to remove your GPU drivers, then later download the newest ones from Nvidia's support site and install them via an elevated command, such as right-clicking the installer and selecting Run as Administrator. On a related note, which RAM slots are you filling in the board?

The Toughpower Gold 750W unit I have is the first one in the link you provided. The product number is TPD-750M, which should help if it's easier to identify.
