Hello, I reset my computer and selected the "keep my files" option twice, but I'm still stuck on the menu screen. I unplugged the PC and restarted it, but the issue persists. I tried continuing and exiting Windows, but the repair start-up option also failed. It says it can't repair the system. Please let me know how to proceed. Thank you.
