Screen problem on my laptop
So, recently I used it regularly, then the screen turned white but the laptop stayed on. I tried to force shut it and restart, but it was still on. The screen became black afterward. The next day it worked again without a white/black screen at first, though it went white after a while. It functions properly with an external display. Any advice?
It doesn't seem like a loose cable, as the issue isn't caused by movement. Have you dropped it at all? It might be due to a faulty solder joint that stops working when the laptop heats up, or a damaged LCD panel. Do you have any warranty coverage? If yes, I’d recommend contacting RMA first.
