On one side of the display it works properly, while the other side doesn’t allow scrolling with touchpad or mouse. The machine is an HP 15.6" FHD AMD Ryzen 5 5500U 2.10GHz with 8GB RAM and a 256GB NVMe SSD running WIN11 BLUE.

It seems the system doesn't support just a half-touch screen configuration. You might need to replace the screen following standard checks, driver updates, and CMOS reset before proceeding.

This device lacks a touchscreen, so I can't use the touchpad or mouse to navigate.
