Serious take: You’ve lost. The period from Feb 10 to 20 doesn’t automatically extend your warranty until March 11. Regardless, I’d reach out to them and escalate the issue to a manager or someone with authority to resolve it. It’s unclear why you purchased a $1000+ device and left it unused for a month, but that shouldn’t imply it won’t function.
