I recently purchased a new iPhone 15 about a week ago. Suddenly, the device stopped working and I couldn’t power it on again. When connected to my laptop using iTunes, an error appeared indicating there was an issue with the phone, suggesting trying a different cable or another computer. I tested three cables and two laptops, but haven’t experienced any drops or spills. Please help me.

They’ve cut their processes way too much. If you can’t transfer your old phone to a new one, they admit it too badly. It’s great how you’re using iTunes on your PC for hours to back up and restore data! Their staff seems more into following trends than understanding technology. Probably what you’d expect.

Apple essentially stated that your phone linked yesterday was damaged and you should get a replacement.

You just logged in to the phone yesterday, spent some time using it, but they mentioned the free warranty lasts only one month. You received the genuine product from February 10 to 20.
