Hello, I just put in a new NVMe drive and have been facing problems starting my PC. Both monitors show black screens with no signal. Sometimes unplugging and replugging the display fixes it, other times I wait a few minutes and then the PC loads normally. My system specs match what you provided: Ryzen 7 5700X, RX 6700XT, 32GB RAM, MSI MAG B550, 1TB Samsung EVO 970 (main drive), 2TB Seagate Barracuda HDD. Could be a boot order issue or something else?
