Hi, your 10-year-old HP laptop with a 1TB SSD has been acting up lately. It kept showing random blue screens even after you tried fixing it with software updates, cleaning the SSD, and reinstalling Windows. Now Linux works perfectly, but Windows 10 or 11 causes issues again. I’m not sure what’s going on and would really appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you!

There seems to be a driver problem. The issue is with a 10-year-old system. Newer Windows versions might not fully work with the hardware anymore. If Linux functions, the problem isn’t hardware. Please share a dump file here. You should have it in C:\windows\minidump.
