Verify your keyboard—some models have a Fn key...—which might map PrintScr to functions like Insert, Home, Delete, or keys f10–f12.
It generally features a label at the base stating a model number. I'm inquiring since the PrintScr function could be hidden beneath another layer (such as Fn + a letter) and might be readily reachable.
