the keyboard is linked via either a wire or wireless connection. the display shows choices, so verify the keyboard cables first. if it doesn’t respond when you press the keys shown, try disconnecting the keyboard from the monitor and plugging it directly into the pc.

I tried using a screwdriver to join them, but it didn’t work. Then I removed the battery, but there was no response.

Check the system details if it runs but can't access BIOS or post, it may indicate an issue with the CPU compatibility.
